Description:

1. The pipe body employs a seamless whole TP304 (20#) + PTFE (polyfluortetraethylene) lining.

2. PTFE (polyfluortetraethylene) lining employs internal shaping and whole sintering techniques, ensuring the lining compactability and its degree of adhesion with TP304 (20#) pipeline. And it also ensures there will not be formation of bumps and spilly place in the lining or the permeating of HCl and Cl ion into TP304 (20#) surface which will make the pipeline rusty.

3. The cone body is processed by whole PTFE, ensuring its inoxidability and unchangeable surface structure in operation, which can make the measuring signal stable in a long term.

4. The design of metal pipe wall ensures a good bearing capacity of V-cone flowmeter.
